Raymond flour mill used for high fine powder process of more than 280 materials and supplies without being inflammable and explosive with Moh’s hardness less grade 7 and humidity below 6% in the industries as mine, chemical industry, building materials and metallurgy. The materials and supplies are bolognian stone, calcite, potassium feldspar, speckstone, marble, limestone, ceramics and glass. Finished products granularity is 100-425.
        Put materials needed to be broken into the host mill room evenly. The mill roller swings to outside when it rotates for centrifugal force and then it will pack tightly the mill ring.     After the grinding, the powder is carried to the analyzer with the cycling of blower for separating. Materials with rough granularity will have a further grinding while the qualified ones will flow into finished products collector and discharged through power pipe. Then the products are finished
       Because the materials to be grinded have certain water, the water will evaporate during the grinding. Furthermore, the joints between pipes of the whole machine are not tight, exterior air will be vacuumed. The cycling pressure is too high. It ensures the pressure added during the mill operating under compound pressure can discharged into dirt catcher through after wind pipe. Then it will be discharged into the atmosphere after being purified.
